| Warning - this has to be one of the most dangerous recipes in the world because its so easy and soooooo good!!!!
4tbsp flour 4 tbsp sugar 2tbsp cocoa 1 egg 3 tbsp milk 3 tbsp oil 3 tbsp chocolate chips (optional) Drop of vanilla essence Large mug
Put all of the dry ingredients into a large mug and mix well.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix really well.
Add the chocolate chips (if you are using them) and the vanilla essence and stir through.
Microwave on high for about 3 minutes.
This is best eaten warm when the choc chips are all gooey and yummy - if it goes cold it can go a little bit rubbery (I'm told - it NEVER gets cold in our house!!). It is delicious with custard, cream and ice cream!! | |

| This is definitely one of my favourite recipes. Every so often hubby gets a craving for chocolate, and I know that this can be made so quickly, and he loves it. | |
